How Many More Times
8:28 (Page/Jones/Bonham)
This debut album is among the tops for debut's. It is a solid album with many
excellent tunes.
It starts off with a hard rockin' song Good Times Bad Times which shows
their audience that they will be a band to contend with for quite some time.
This record shows all the sides of Led Zeppelin, some really good blues, hard
rockin', and even some nice acoustic stuff.
Jimmy Page debuts a new technique by using a violin bow on his guitar during Dazed
and Confused which starts a new style for bands to follow in the years
to come. He is an innovator and isn't afraid to try new styles.
Zep also does two Willie Dixon blues songs Shook Me and I Can't Quit You
Baby and they do a great job with their version. These blues songs show
how well Page is at playing the guitar.
This album is given a grade of a solid A and ranks as the fourth best
Zep disc in my books.
